Yellingbo is a family-run Australian olive oil producer founded by Howard, who pursued his farming dream by planting olive trees fifteen years ago. After patiently waiting seven years for the first harvest, he began pressing extra virgin olive oil on their farm in Victoria. His son Jeremy helped expand the business internationally, introducing their oil to New York buyers who were impressed by both the quality and presentation. Based at Three Bridges Farm in Yellingbo, Victoria, the company focuses on environmental sustainability whilst producing high-quality olive oil that has garnered praise from publications like The New York Times and Martha Stewart.
