
Yagi Nouen
Yagi Nouen (Yagi Farm) is a small, family-run olive farm founded in 2009 on the southern coast of Shodoshima Island in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan, overlooking Uchiura Bay. The farm cultivates olives across three separate plots on the island and is committed to producing single-estate products using only fruit grown on their own land. They carry out their own pressing in-house to maintain full control over quality, with careful daily soil management at the heart of their approach. Their range of extra virgin olive oils includes single-varietal bottlings from Mission, Nevadillo, and Lucca olives, as well as an early-harvest blend, all reflecting the mild climate and coastal terroir of Shodoshima.
