Wulura Farms is a family-owned estate in the Margaret River region of Western Australia, producing outstanding extra virgin olive oil from 6,000 olive trees. They specialise in two varieties, Corregiola and Leccino, crafting pure monovarietal oils that showcase the true character of each olive, with no blending involved. Their meticulous process ensures that olives are harvested and pressed within 24 hours, allowing the oil to settle back on the farm and preserving its quality. While Wulura primarily supplies restaurants, they have a loyal following across Australia and value every customer, regardless of size. Their long-standing relationship with a single trusted processing partner underpins a reputation for consistency and excellence. Although not certified organic due to their adjacent vineyard, Wulura adheres to sustainable farming practices and operates with a single annual harvest from late April through May. The farm also raises grass-fed cattle and cultivates wine grapes. The name ‘Wulura’, inspired by Aboriginal words meaning ‘to keep forever’, reflects their enduring commitment to the land.
