Wollundry Grove

Wollundry Grove Olives is a major olive grove in the Wagga Wagga region, established in 1998 and now managed by Bruce Spinks and Joo-Yee Lieu. With 2000 olive trees, the grove produces extra virgin olive oil from several varieties and table olives from Manzanillo sub-cultivars. The business has focused on upgrading its processing facilities for efficiency and sustainability, including measures like solar panels, recycling of waste, and reduced plastic use. Most processing is done on site, which helps maintain high quality from tree to table. Wollundry Grove also supports local growers with contract harvesting and processing and welcomes visitors for sales and tastings at their farm.
