Wattle Hill Olive Grove is a family-run business in North West Tasmania that began as a simple idea and has since developed into an award-winning olive oil producer. The small team of three tends to 2,000 olive trees, including varieties like Manzanillo and Nevadillo, using sustainable harvesting methods and traditional practices. They hand-harvest their olives at peak ripeness to create flavorful oils, with every step from branch to bottle handled on their property. Located on the Tasmanian Tasting Trail, the grove welcomes visitors to experience their products and the natural beauty of the region.
