Villatejo

Villatejo is a family-owned olive oil producer based in Ribatejo, Portugal, founded by a family who left city life to restore a historic farm with 205 century-old olive trees. They produce a premium extra virgin olive oil exclusively from the Galega variety, cold extracted on the day of harvest to preserve freshness and polyphenols. Their organic and regenerative farming practices include using Lusitano horses for natural soil enrichment and avoiding synthetic chemicals. With limited production of around 940 bottles per year, they focus on delivering an authentic, high-quality monovarietal olive oil that reflects the true character of the Ribatejo region.
