Villa Grove Estate, established by owners Phil and Rachel Costello, produces award-winning olive oil in Wakefield, Nelson, New Zealand. The estate's philosophy draws inspiration from the symbolic association of olive trees with health and renewal, as referenced in Virgil's The Aeneid.
