Villa Grove Estate, established by owners Phil and Rachel Costello, produces award-winning olive oil in Wakefield, Nelson, New Zealand. Since 2023, the estate has gained recognition for its premium quality oil, thanks to traditional cultivation and modern production techniques. The estate’s philosophy draws inspiration from the symbolic association of olive trees with health and renewal, as referenced in Virgil’s The Aeneid. Based in the Nelson region, the estate combines local expertise with a hands-on approach to olive growing and oil extraction.
