Villa Eva

Villa Eva is a family run olive oil producer based in the Goriška Brda region of Slovenia, where the Brataševec family has cultivated olives for generations. Their groves, planted on opoka terrain of marl, sandstone and limestone, grow autochthonous varieties such as Črnica and Drobnica alongside internationally recognised types like Leccino and Belica, all grown organically without synthetic chemicals. The olives are hand harvested and processed within hours to preserve maximum flavour and health benefits, reflecting the family’s commitment to quality, tradition and sustainability. Their range includes Cuvée, Belica, Leccino, and a limited edition Pendolino oil, each offering distinct aromatic notes and a rich, fruity taste.
