The company produces premium extra virgin olive oil from hand-picked Koroneiki olives, cold-pressed within hours of harvest to preserve flavour and polyphenol content. Their range includes both filtered and unfiltered oils, with several products available in larger formats such as tins and bag-in-box packaging.
