Varapodio Estate

Varapodio Estate is a family-run olive grove based just outside Mildura, in Buronga, New South Wales. The Scopelliti family, originally from Varapodio in southern Italy, started their olive tree plantings in 2002 and officially formed the estate in 2007. They produce extra virgin olive oil using modern, cold-pressed methods to ensure freshness and quality. The estate has a café and cellar door where visitors can taste their award-winning oils, as well as buy olives, dressings, olive oil-based skincare, and other local foods. The café serves homemade meals, including vegetarian and gluten-free options, and features a unique olive oil ice cream.
