Tres Osos is a small, family-run olive oil producer based in Carmel Valley, California, crafting certified organic extra virgin olive oil since 2008. Their olives are estate-grown and hand-harvested on their own ranch, where they take a hands-on approach to every step of production. They produce a range of high-polyphenol oils, including their signature Robust, a Special Edition Taggiasca, and a Chili Lime variety, all milled and bottled with care.
