Toyo Olive is a Japanese olive oil producer based on Shodoshima Island in Kagawa Prefecture, where it has operated as a dedicated olive specialist since 1955. The company manages the entire process from cultivation to manufacturing and sales, growing olives in the island's natural environment and producing extra virgin olive oils, pure olive oils, and lemon-infused varieties. It emphasises sustainable, circular organic farming practices and hand-picks its olives to ensure quality. Toyo Olive also operates Japan's only dedicated olive oil refining facility, underscoring its commitment to producing high-quality, locally rooted products.
