Timor

Timor produces extra virgin olive oil from organic groves in Slovenian Istria, spanning from the western edge to the Dragonja valley. The family has deep roots in olive farming, with a grandfather who built one of the first oil mills in Puče using traditional stone presses, and a father who revived the groves in 1976. They transitioned to organic production in 2012, growing varieties such as Belica and Leccino with care and attention to quality. Their philosophy centres on love for the olive trees, sustainable methods, and creating award-winning oil that captures the essence of the region.
