Texas Olive Ranch

Texas Olive Ranch is a family owned EVOO producer based in Texas, whose roots lie in a multi-generational restaurant background. The company cultivates olives on a regenerative orchard leading by example in the US, using Texas' sun and soil to grow monocultivar varieties such as Koroneiki, Picual and Coratina. Harvested olives are processed on site with cold extraction, producing premium and limited reserve oils that are supplied to regional grocery chains including HEB, Kroger, ALDI, Whole Foods, Albertsons, Tom Thumb and others, as well as to chefs, bakers and specialty retailers in bulk. Sustainability is emphasised through the regenerative orchard model and on farm processing, which reduces transport and promotes soil health.
