Terra Dolce Farms

Terra Dolce Farms, based in southeast Georgia, produces EVOO from locally grown Arbequina olives that are hand harvested and pressed in the region. The oil has a mild, fresh flavour with notes of ripe fruit and green grass, and the farm highlights the state's fertile soil and mild climate as ideal for this emerging crop. While olives were first noted by British settlers in the early 1700s at former Spanish mission sites and were a local commodity for over a century, they have now returned to Georgian agriculture. Terra Dolce markets the oil for everyday cooking and as a straightforward holiday gift, and also offers balsamic vinegar products.
