Stillbones

Stillbones is a small olive oil producer founded by Courtland and Nicole, a husband-and-wife team who discovered their passion for olive growing on Waiheke Island, New Zealand. After leaving their hectic Southern California lifestyle in 2019, they found themselves harvesting olives and grapes during the 2020 COVID lockdowns, developing a deep appreciation for the connection between nature and food production. Now based on California's Central Coast, they bring their Waiheke Island experience to their olive oil business, practising a slower, more mindful approach to life and food. They're centered on taking moments to pause and appreciate simple pleasures, which they believe leads to life's most meaningful experiences.
