Stefani Estate

Stefani Estate is a family-run winery and olive oil producer located in Healesville in the Yarra Valley. Established in 1998 by Stefano and Rina Stefani, who both have Italian heritage, the estate operates 12 hectares of vineyard across three sites and includes an on-site winery and bottling facility. The family focuses on low-yield, hand-harvested grapes and sustainable viticulture practices to produce quality wines that reflect their location and heritage. Their son Alessandro serves as winemaker, bringing experience from working in Burgundy and Germany, whilst the business maintains both local and export sales, particularly to China.
