Soumah is based in the Yarra Valley and draws inspiration from northern Italy, focusing on cool climate wines with a single vineyard approach and an emphasis on quality. The team brings experience from both Australia and abroad, and the vineyard produces a range of Italian and French grape varieties, including Savarro, Pinot Grigio, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Shiraz. Soumah values sustainable practices and aims for elegant, savoury wines that reflect the region's unique character. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings and meals at their cellar door and trattoria, and there are club options for regular wine deliveries.
