Sorai Olive Farm is a dedicated producer based on Shodoshima island in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan. Benefiting from the mild climate of the Seto Inland Sea, the farm cultivates a wide variety of olive trees using sustainable and careful farming methods. They produce a diverse range of extra virgin olive oils that highlight the distinct flavour profiles of cultivars such as Frantoio, Koroneiki, and the locally developed Kaori 5. Committed to sharing their agricultural heritage, the farm also sells olive saplings and offers hands-on cultivation experiences for visitors.
