Sogno di Oliva is an award-winning olive oil producer run by Bryan & Heidi Johnson in the De Luz area of Temecula, California, crafting ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil since 2007. They grow their olives using sustainable, natural methods with organic fertilisers and no chemicals or pesticides. The fruit is hand-harvested and pressed immediately in their on-site mill, with oil stored in temperature-controlled tanks to ensure maximum freshness for months on end. Their farm-to-table philosophy produces an internationally recognised extra virgin olive oil that has won multiple gold awards for its quality and flavour.
