Snowy Mountain Estate produces small-batch, ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio olive trees grown in the Australian Alps. Their olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed on site, with no additives or chemicals. The oil is only available in 250ml green glass bottles to ensure freshness. Known for its high quality and tested standards, the oil has been awarded for its unique flavour, achieved by growing a traditional Italian variety in a cold climate.
