Sherwood Springs Olive Oil is a family-run producer based in Mumballup, Western Australia, operating on a property with roots dating to the 1840s. The business continues a tradition started by Frederick Sherwood, a 19th-century settler, and is now managed by Helen and Ian Wildy. They grow classic Italian olive varieties—Frantoio, Leccino, and Minerva—on land with a Mediterranean climate, ideal for olive cultivation. Olives are harvested using tree shakers, processed quickly to preserve quality, and extracted using modern cold methods. They produce a blend of their groves resulting in the Geographe blend.
