Saveri Olive Oil is produced in St Helena’s historic Italian Valley in Napa Valley. The olives are organically grown and harvested by hand from 20-year-old trees. They create a Traditional Blend and a Limited Edition Extra Virgin Olive Oil using Italian varieties such as Leccino, Frantoio and Pendolino. These oils blend traditional Tuscan characteristics of fruitiness, pungency and bitterness with modern Napa Valley tastes.
