San Rocco

San Rocco produces extra virgin olive oils in the village of Brtonigla in Istria County, Croatia. They use indigenous olive varieties such as Bianchera, Busa, Cavallier, Leccino, and Selection. As part of the San Rocco Resort, they provide guided tastings in their cosy oleoteca, a space for intimate experiences with local oils. Their approach emphasises quality, authenticity, and Istrian heritage.
