Saints Drop

Saint's Drop is an organic olive oil producer from Sveti Lovreč, a small medieval village in western Istria where 960 people live among 8th-century stone walls. On six hectares of red soil, they tend 1,600 trees of native Croatian varieties-Buža, Istarska Bjelica, Rožinjola, and Pendolino-harvesting early to create an oil that balances peppery spice, bitterness, and fresh fruit with the minerality of the land. Each August, their groves become a natural theatre for the Perseids meteor shower (the Tears of St Lawrence), streaking across dark skies void of city lights. Saint's drop has earned gold medals at prestigious competitions in London, New York, and Dubai, where their oil was recognised as Ultra Premium.
