Ross Hill Wines, established in 1994 by Peter and Terri Robson in Orange, Australia, produced a limited-release extra virgin olive oil from their grove of Italian and Spanish olive varieties. This unfiltered, full-bodied oil blended five distinct varieties (Frantoio, Corregiolo, Leccino, Arbequina and Manzanillo) to create a distinctive flavour profile featuring a grassy aroma with a peppery finish. The olives benefited from the same cool-climate conditions that suit their vineyard, and are carefully hand-picked before being immediately cold-pressed to preserve freshness and quality. The finished oil was bottled locally in Canowindra and was exclusively available through Ross Hill's cellar door or their online wine shop, however as of 2025, they have ceased production of their oil.
