They produce preservative-free natural wines, cold-pressed olive oil, and hand-processed figs, all grown using sustainable methods that work with nature rather than against it. The farm features a solar-powered strawbale winery and cellar door, where visitors can enjoy daily tastings, farm tours, and occasional events such as concerts and art exhibitions. Rosnay also offers farmstay accommodation and operates a rewards programme for loyal customers, reflecting their commitment to community and sustainable agriculture that has spanned three generations.
