Rosenthal Olive Ranch, established in 2009 by a fourth-generation farming family, operates from a ranch in Madera, California. The estate cultivates two olive varietals: the Spanish Arbosana and the Greek Koroneiki. Olives are cold pressed to produce extra virgin olive oil, which is bottled in dark green glass to maintain freshness and the distinct flavour profile of each varietal. In 2012, the Arbosana oil received a Gold Medal from the California Olive Oil Council, followed by numerous Silver and Gold medals in industry competitions since that year.
