Riverstone Olives
Riverstone Olives is a family-owned olive grove in Cranbrook, on the Freycinet Coast of Tasmania, established in 1995. They produce certified premium extra virgin olive oil and table olives from 450 trees, including varieties like Frantoio, SA Verdale, Manzanillo, Hardy Mammoth, Mission, and UC13A6. Their olive oil is natural, free from chemicals and sprays, and benefits from the region's cool climate, rich riverbank soil, and sunshine.
Located near the Cygnet River on Tasmania's fertile East Coast, Riverstone Olives produces hand-picked, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil that has earned multiple awards. Their Frantoio variety has won Gold at the Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards in 2024, 2023, and 2022, along with Silver at the 2021 Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards and Bronze at the 2017 Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards and 2015 Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards. The Verdale variety received Silver at the 2024 Australian International Olive Awards, while their Mission variety earned Bronze at the 2024 Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards and 2021 Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards, plus Silver at the 2017 Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards.
All Riverstone Olives products are single estate, meaning every bottle is made exclusively from their own grove. Their oils are available at $119.80 AUD per litre through Bicheno Delivery, with the Frantoio, Verdale, and Mission varieties currently in stock.
