Quinta Nossa Senhora das Neves is a family-owned olive oil producer located in Vidigueira, Alentejo, Portugal, with the Serra do Mendro as a backdrop. Since 1973, the Palhete family has been producing monovarietal extra virgin olive oils from four traditional Portuguese varieties: Galega, Maçanilha, Cordovil, and Cobrançosa. The estate follows sustainable farming practices with integrated production methods, minimising pesticide use and prioritising soil and water conservation. Their philosophy combines tradition and innovation to create authentic olive oils that reflect the heritage of the region.
