Quinta de Rio Pequeno is a Portuguese olive oil producer located in the Trás-os-Montes region, centred around a traditional olive grove that includes many centenarian trees. Their philosophy focuses on preserving these historic trees and practising low-intervention, traditional agriculture. Olives are harvested at their optimal point of ripeness and cold-extracted in their family-run ecological press. This careful approach yields an extra virgin olive oil that expresses the character of the region's native olive varieties.
