Quartz Hill Olive Oil

Quartz Hill Olive Oil is a Victorian producer based in the Macedon Ranges. It has grown and produced extra virgin olive oil for almost 20 years in the region's cool climate and mineral-rich volcanic soils.

The producer manages two groves: Goldie Grove, with 5,000 trees in the shadow of Mount William, and a 1,600 tree grove at Lauriston. They select fruit by paddock and presses it on the day of harvest. Their focus is on early harvesting and high polyphenol levels.
