Ploughman’s Hill Olives

Ploughman's Hill Olives is a 100% Australian-owned olive oil producer based in the central west region of NSW. Founded by Peter and Shirley Michalk in 1995, they planted their Wattle View grove with six varieties of olives on previously unused farmland. Since their first pressing in 1999, they have consistently produced certified extra virgin olive oil that meets both Australian and international standards. Their products, which include oils, vinegars, olives and beauty items, undergo rigorous laboratory testing and taste assessment by certified panels to ensure quality.
