pensée is a producer located on Shodoshima, an island in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan that is known for its olive cultivation. They carefully grow olives and produce extra virgin olive oil using hand-picked fruit harvested in autumn, with a cold extraction process that preserves the oil's refreshing herbaceous flavour. In addition to their olive products, they also create and sell fresh flowers, plants, and dried flowers for special occasions such as birthdays, shop openings, and other events. Their approach focuses on care and quality in all their offerings, with their online store opening in December 2020.
