Papa Spyros Olive Oil is a family-run producer based in Makrisia, in the western Peloponnese region of Greece. For over five generations, the Giannopoulos family has cultivated Koroneiki olives, which are handpicked and cold-pressed to create their extra virgin olive oil. They take pride in producing an authentic, unmodified oil that is neither diluted nor adulterated, unlike many commercial products. The result is a light, delicate oil with subtle citrus notes and a mild peppery finish.
