OPG Urem

OPG Urem, located in Biograd na Moru in Croatia's Zadar County, produces premium extra virgin olive oil. They hand-pick olives and process them the same day using cold pressing techniques, resulting in exceptionally low free fatty acids of 0.09-0.11%. The oil features a green colour, balanced pungency and bitterness, and a fresh aroma of mowed grass and green olives. Their approach emphasises natural production to preserve valuable polyphenols and oleocanthal for flavour stability and sensory character.
