OPG Oliveri

OPG Oliveri is a family-owned producer of extra virgin olive oil based in Labinci, Kaštelir, in Croatia's Istria region. Founded in 2000 by Dario Paulišić, who revived his father's old olive grove, the farm now tends about 2,000 trees of over 50 European varieties on red terra rossa soil using modern irrigation and organic techniques. They craft single-variety oils from mild Pendolino and Arbequina to intense Crnica and Coratina, plus blends like Sangreal. With over 50 awards, their approach emphasises quality production and welcoming visitors for tastings.
