Šoltan Olive Oil

Zlatna Šoltanka is an association of 20 olive growers from the island of Šolta in Croatia, producing award-winning extra virgin olive oil from Šoltanka olives. Their oil is protected by PDO status, ensuring it is grown, processed and bottled exclusively on Šolta to guarantee authenticity and quality. The producers follow strict, tradition-based methods with environmentally friendly practices, resulting in oils with a distinctive reported phenolic composition and authentic flavour. Over recent years their oils have won top awards at international olive oil competitions worldwide.
