Olmais

Olmais is a Portuguese olive oil producer based at Quinta dos Olmais in the Terra Quente region. They cultivate centennial olive trees using organic farming methods, focusing on native varieties such as Cobrançosa, Verdeal, and Madural. Their extra virgin olive oil is produced as an early harvest, cold-pressed, and unfiltered to retain its natural character. Alongside their core olive oil, they also offer a selection of organic vinegars, demonstrating a commitment to traditional, quality-driven production.
