Olivina

Olivina is a family owned olive oil producer based in Livermore, California, with roots dating back to 1881 when the estate was established as part of the region's first wine area. The farm cultivates six olive varieties across nearly 10,000 trees, including historic century-old Mission trees that require no irrigation and develop naturally through the local terroir. All oils are milled on-site to capture fresh flavours, and every batch is certified by the Olive Oil Commission of California. Their range includes single varietal and blended extra virgin olive oils.
