Harvesting involves pneumatic rakes and umbrella-style nets to collect olives, which are transported in half-tonne bins and crushed locally within 24 hours to produce extra virgin olive oil. The estate also manufactures a range of food products, including five spice blends inspired by global cuisines: Dukkah (Egyptian), Za'atar (Lebanese), Harissa (Tunisian), Squisito (Italian), and HurryCurry (Indian). The business operates as a diversified agricultural enterprise, leveraging regional conditions to produce estate-made olive oil and food products.
