Olives of Beaulieu
Olives of Beaulieu, pronounced 'Bolee-o', is a family-owned olive grove situated near Inverell on the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia. Established on a plateau with well-draining red soils and a favourable micro-climate, the grove cultivates olives alongside stone fruits, nuts, citrus, and grapes. Harvesting involves pneumatic rakes and umbrella-style nets to collect olives, which are transported in half-tonne bins and crushed locally within 24 hours to produce extra virgin olive oil. The estate also manufactures a range of food products, including five spice blends inspired by global cuisines: Dukkah (Egyptian), Za'atar (Lebanese), Harissa (Tunisian), Squisito (Italian), and HurryCurry (Indian). The business operates as a diversified agricultural enterprise, leveraging regional conditions to produce estate-made olive oil and food products.
