Olive Love is a family olive oil business in California, inspired by a trip to Italy where Astrid and Lance discovered exceptional extra virgin olive oil. Astrid trained as a taster and judge, joining panels like COOC and Applied Sensory while gaining milling experience. They grow Picual, Coratina, Frantoio, and Arbequina olives in their estate orchard, hand-harvesting and milling the same day to ensure top quality. Their mission is to share fresh, single-origin oils that reveal the natural flavours and health benefits of olives.
