Olium is a family‑run olive oil producer based in the Istria region of Slovenia, operating from its farm Dolina miru since 2007. They grow selected olive varieties and hand‑pick the olives, pressing them within four hours to preserve freshness and flavour. Their extra virgin olive oils are organic, medium‑intensity, and have won gold awards such as the NYIOOC and TerraOlivo.
