Oils Produced 2
Oki Olive is a Japanese olive oil producer based in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, operating a 2000-tsubo olive garden on a hilltop overlooking the Aso Mountains. They hand-pick unripe green Mission olives and cold-press them within four hours of harvest to create their domestic extra virgin olive oils, including their premium 'Australian OKI Olive' and reservation-only 'Tekisui' varieties. Their approach focuses on early harvesting and minimal processing to preserve the fresh green aroma and natural flavour essences of the olives. The estate combines agricultural production with community engagement, offering a café, camping facilities, glamping, and a guest house alongside their olive oil business.
