Oio Vivo

Oio Vivo started in 2009 when three friends planted Istria's largest olive grove in the south, on 56 hectares of fire-damaged land between Vodnjan and Galižana. They grow indigenous varieties such as Vodnjanska Buža, Žižolera, Rozinjola, and Istarska Bjelica to produce premium extra virgin olive oils, all from their own olives in single-variety and blend forms. Taken over in 2018 by Zagreb entrepreneur Vlado Ćorluka, the estate emphasises quality over quantity with careful cultivation, timely harvesting, and fast processing. Their approach combines social responsibility, tradition, and innovation to craft oils that reflect the land and a love for nature.
