Mazzone Olive Oil is a family-run business with roots in Ruvo di Puglia, Italy, and an established presence in Sarasota, Florida since 2010. The company is led by Cinzia Testini Forbes, who introduced her family's extra virgin olive oil to the United States, continuing a tradition maintained by Giuseppe and Giacomo in Puglia. The Mazzone family oversees all aspects of cultivation and production on their estate, where olives are grown without chemical treatments and are hand harvested. Production takes place in Puglia using stone milling and first cold pressing immediately after harvest, which helps preserve polyphenol content and maintain low acidity. Mazzone Olive Oil operates according to fair trade principles, with all oil produced at the family grove and imported directly to the U.S. The company emphasises sustainable, organic farming and has been recognised locally for bringing authentic Italian extra virgin olive oil to Florida.
