Marcum Olive Oil produces extra virgin olive oil from its estate in Paso Robles, California, at 1004 Vine Street. The oil is made from Coratina and Itrana varietals, which are sustainably grown without pesticides and certified by the California Olive Oil Council. The olives are hand-picked and pressed within hours of harvest, then stored in stainless steel containers and bottled on the Central Coast of California. The oil is noted for its high polyphenol content and full flavour that holds up well to cooking. It is sold in 500ml bottles. The company has received numerous awards, including Best of Show and Best in California at the state competition, and Best of Show and Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the United States from the ATHENA world competition in Greece.
