Manna Hill Estate

Manna Hill Estate is a small family-run olive grove at Mt Egerton in Victoria’s Central Highlands, less than 100 km from Melbourne. Since 2001, Campbell Mercer has farmed 2,500 dryland trees biodynamically and organically, with regenerative certification that rebuilds soil and captures carbon. The olives are cold-pressed without filtering, creating an intensely flavoured oil that’s won four consecutive gold medals at the Australian International Olive Awards (and was Victoria’s best in 2021). Campbell also hand-makes soaps and skincare on the farm, using the same commitment to natural, chemical-free production. Powered by solar and green energy, the farm protects native grasslands and timber plots for shelter and biodiversity. It’s straightforward farming with a simple aim: look after the land, and it looks after you.
