Maedaya

Maedaya is an olive oil producer based in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, where they specialise in local production and craftsmanship. They produce three distinct extra virgin olive oils - a Koroneiki with green tea aroma and matcha-like bitterness, a Mission variety with fresh grass notes and bitter gourd complexity and a Blend offering ripe banana and apple fruitiness. Their focus on small batch, artisanal methods is evident from their current harvest being sold out as of June with the next release not due until December.
